Malaysia International Franchise Sdn Bhd (MyFranchise), formerly known as PNS Francais Sdn Bhd, is one of the main players in franchise investment in Malaysia. Incorporated in 2001, MyFranchise is a franchise investment holding company and investment arm of Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PNS), which in turn comes under the purview of the Ministry of Entrepreneur and Cooperative Development, Malaysia. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PNS that has Ministry of Finance Incorporated as its major shareholder with an authorised capital of RM1 billion and paid-up capital of RM751 million. MyFranchise has an authorised capital of RM50 million and paid-up capital of RM27 million.

Its business thrust is to undertake investments in homegrown franchisor companies for global expansion; development of new franchise products; and investment in Master Franchisee Companies and acquisition of Master Franchisee Rights of foreign franchises. MyFranchise is committed to the provision of franchise investment that includes financial, advisory, branding, product development, franchise management and investment services. Among the investments are Forest’secret, MalaysiaKitchen, JomMakan Restaurant, Gloria Jean’s Coffees and 1901 Hot Dogs.
